Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Technical Recruiting Manager to lead a team hiring engineers, data scientists, and AI talent who can move at TRM’s pace.

You will partner with executives and hiring managers to forecast and calibrate hiring plans, scale recruiting capacity, and drive speed, quality, and data hygiene across the funnel. The role is fully remote with occasional in-person collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical recruiting, incl. 4+ years leading high-growth teams.
• Proven success hiring for complex technical roles in fast-paced environments.
• Strong coaching skills and ability to raise execution quality across a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of technical recruiters to raise sourcing quality and closing excellence.
• Oversee delivery of high-priority engineering and technical roles; step in on complex searches.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to calibrate hiring plans and forecasts.
• Build and scale recruiting capacity; forecast hiring demand across R&D and translate into staffing plans.
• Optimize tools, processes, and data hygiene across the recruiting funnel.
• Foster a culture of excellence, feedback, and continuous improvement within the recruiting team.
