Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Technical Recruiting Manager to lead a highly skilled team sourcing engineers, data scientists, security researchers, and applied AI talent who can move at TRM’s pace.

You will partner with executives to calibrate hiring plans, raise execution quality, and implement scalable strategies across the recruiting function. This role is fully remote? No, primarily SF Bay Area-based with in-office expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical recruiting experience
• 4+ years managing high growth teams
• Proven ability to hire for complex technical roles
• Demonstrated success coaching recruiters and raising execution quality
• Strategic thinker with prioritization and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of technical recruiters, elevating sourcing strategy and candidate experience
• Oversee delivery of high-priority engineering and technical roles; handle complex searches as needed
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to calibrate hiring plans and forecasts
• Build scalable recruiting capacity and translate demand into staffing plans
• Optimize recruiting tools, processes, and data hygiene across the funnel
• Foster a culture of excellence, feedback, and continuous improvement
