Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven work experience in a corporate environment in a fast-paced recruiting role.
• 3+ years of recruiting for technical jobs in engineering, aerospace, semiconductor, healthcare, etc.

Responsibilities

• Identify job requirements, source, pre-screen, assess fit; submit qualified candidates to hiring manager.
• Assess applicant qualifications via interviews, references, and comparison to job requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS (CATS) and Excel.
• Develop candidate networks and referrals.
• Communicate status to hiring managers.
• Conduct headhunting and screen candidates for project roles.
