You’ll lead technical, non-technical, or cross-functional searches, collaborating with founders, hiring managers, and leadership teams to achieve hiring goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience across both technical and non-technical recruiting.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• High ownership, responsiveness, and attention to candidate experience.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clients, teams, and recruiting needs.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned client searches.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates through offer and close.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Partner with Trellis Talent to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Represent Trellis Talent and our clients professionally throughout the recruiting process.
• Support client needs as an extension of their internal team.
• Manage multiple concurrent requisitions across technical and/or non-technical functions.
• Partner with hiring managers on role definition, sourcing strategy, and candidate assessment.
• Help improve recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experience.
• Operate as a trusted recruiting partner within a fast-moving startup environment.
