Pave is building the world’s leading real-time compensation platform. We are seeking a recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for R&D across Engineering, Product, Design, and Data, partnering with leadership to shape role requirements and build proactive pipelines.

You’ll source candidates with AI-powered tools and close top talent using market data and transparent offers. You’ll join a small, high-leverage Recruiting Team that directly influences strategic hires and uses live compensation

Qualifications

4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience (engineering, data, product)
Experience hiring at high-growth startups or fast-paced tech companies
Strong Boolean search skills and proactive sourcing of passive candidates
Excellent communication and relationship-building to manage offers and negotiations
Data-driven mindset and use of metrics to drive decisions
Real fluency with AI recruiting tools and experimentation

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruiting for R&D across Engineering, Product, Design, and Data.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build pipelines.
Source candidates through Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and unconventional channels.
Close candidates using market data and transparent compensation discussions.
Build recruiting infrastructure, pipeline reporting, and interviewer calibration.
Leverage AI tools to enhance candidate research, outreach, and pipeline summaries
