Job summary

Pelico is seeking an experienced Recruiter to build our North American team during rapid growth. You’ll own searches end-to-end, partnering with hiring managers and executives to shape strategy and scale recruiting operations.

You’ll thrive in fast-moving environments, stay customer-focused, and leverage AI tools to source more effectively, improve engagement, and raise overall hiring quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical and/or go-to-market roles in high-growth startup or technology environments.
• Proven track record of hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound channels.
• AI-native mindset leveraging modern AI tools to enhance sourcing, research, communication, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions with data and sound judgment.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with modern ATS platforms (Ashby preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions from kickoff through offer acceptance.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, interview processes, and candidate profiles.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent across competitive markets.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while representing Pelico's culture and mission.
• Manage interview coordination, feedback quality, and hiring decisions to keep processes efficient and high quality.
• Use recruiting data and market insights to improve funnel performance and influence hiring decisions.
• Build strong talent pipelines before hiring needs become urgent.
• Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, interview preparation, and recruiting operations.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, interview calibration, employer branding initiatives, and recruiting workflows.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders throughout the hiring process.
