Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for a remote contract role, focusing on Technology and Product hiring. The recruiter will source, pre-screen quickly, and manage a fast-paced pipeline while using Workday ATS to coordinate top candidates with hiring teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with high-volume environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably Tech/Product.
• Proven ability to source, pre-screen quickly and engage candidates.
• Experience with Workday ATS and strong communication with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a requisition load focused on ~18 high-priority Tech/Product roles within 40+ requisitions.
• Execute proactive multi-channel sourcing to identify qualified technical candidates.
• Conduct quick, structured pre-screen interviews and assess technical fit.
• Coordinate with hiring teams and manage candidate status in Workday ATS.
• Support contractor hiring processes and basic administrative tasks as needed.
