Career Vita is seeking a results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and to source top talent across multiple channels.

This fully remote position offers 5-day work week with alternate Saturdays, structured hours 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and BYOD. You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers and maintain a healthy talent pipeline while

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in technical or IT recruitment.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, and job portals.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and other channels.
Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and fit.
Coordinate initial interviews and subsequent technical/managerial rounds.
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
Negotiate offers and guide candidates through joining process.
Keep accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds.
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate compensation and support candidates through the offer and joining process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Meet individual and team-wise hiring targets within defined timelines.
Stay updated on current technology roles, skill requirements, talent availability, and market trends.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment/IT recruitment.
Good understanding of technical roles such as Software Developer, QA, DevOps, Data, Cloud, Support, and other IT positions.
Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
A personal laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection are required due to the BYOD work model.
