Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support Technology and Product hiring teams. The recruiter will emphasize sourcing, resume evaluation, and quick pre‑screens for high‑priority full‑time technical roles while using Workday ATS.

This role suits a recruiter who manages a fast‑paced pipeline, owns the top of the funnel, and engages and qualifies technical talent efficiently. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience focused on technology roles.
• Proven ability to source and engage technical candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience conducting efficient, structured pre-screen conversations.
• Hands-on Workday ATS experience and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a requisition load focused on approximately 18 high-priority Technology and Product roles.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct quick, structured pre-screen interviews to assess skills and role fit.
• Review resumes for technical fit and communicate recommendations to hiring teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely movement through the recruiting process.
• Maintain candidate activity and status updates in Workday ATS.
