Job summary

Reserv, an insurtech innovating AI and automation to streamline claims, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own our recruiting function in a remote-first setup. You will partner with Product and Engineering leaders to source, assess, and hire top technical talent at pace.

You’ll manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to offers, building scalable processes with data-driven insights and close collaboration with hiring managers in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for Python, Docker, Ruby, React is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit high-quality candidates for Product, Engineering and Data Science roles.
• Conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit.
• Ensure efficient scheduling, facilitate communication, and keep hiring within budget.
• Provide strategic partnership to hiring managers with market insights and urgency.
• Manage the applicant tracking system as the single source of truth.
• Create reports on recruiting process to improve pipeline.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
