Job summary

Ford Credit Platform Engineering is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery across multiple Agile Release Trains, ensuring lean‑agile practices and strong governance. You will partner with engineering leaders, product managers, developers and analytics teams to drive high‑quality outcomes.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering, 8+ years in engineering or program management, and hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence and SAFe. Visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering/IT or related field.
• 8+ years in engineering or program management or related area.
• Experience with Agile program management tools like Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Project Manager for one or more Agile Release Trains.
• Shield delivery teams from planned and unplanned demands.
• Collaborate with Transformation leadership to develop OKRs.
• Manage intake through assessment, estimation and planning.
• Maintain governance and scope change control.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across the transformation.
• Oversee health dashboards, risk monitoring, and reporting.
• Maintain data in Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
• Drive quality standards across teams.
• Coordinate cross-dependencies with external teams.
