Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Technical Project Manager / Qualifying Agent to lead complex electronic security projects nationwide. You will manage 40-50 concurrent projects, drive planning, and coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors from turnover through installation and closeout.

You will serve as the primary contact for customers, interpret drawings and wiring schematics, and travel about two times per month to support project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in electronic security or related field.
• Strong technical background in access control, CCTV, intrusion, networking.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to pursue licenses in multiple states after hire.
• Experience leading field technicians and remote troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage 40-50 concurrent electronic security projects and $1.5M–$2.5M invoicing.
• Serve as primary contact for planning, status, escalations, and issues.
• Lead kickoff meetings with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, scope changes, documentation, and profitability.
• Provide technical leadership during installation, testing, and turnover.
• Guide technicians remotely through drawings, wiring, and planning materials.
• Interpret floor plans, wiring diagrams, and technical specs.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and technical support teams for issue resolution.
• Support estimating and engineering through design reviews and site surveys.
• Pursue licensing as Qualifying Agent/Individual for multiple states.
