Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Remote Security Project Manager to lead low-voltage security installations nationwide. You will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires 4–6 years of PM experience in commercial electronic security, strong technical literacy in ACS/CCTV/IDS, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive project management experience in commercial electronic security or low-voltage systems.
• Experience managing ACS, CCTV, IDS, intercoms, and property technology infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage project financials, resources, and multi-tier subcontractors.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, SimPRO) and enterprise office suites.
• Strong blueprint literacy reading security, electrical, and structural drawings.
• Excellent communication with site and corporate stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: plan, execute, and closeout security installations across concurrent projects.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: serve as primary contact for national account stakeholders and general contractors.
• Resource & Subcontractor Oversight: manage field technicians, engineers, and subcontractors for safety and compliance.
• Financial & Scope Governance: monitor budgets, labor and materials, and change orders to protect margins.
• Technical Quality & Compliance: validate design packages and oversee as-built documentation and programming workflows.
• Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution: identify bottlenecks, handle RFIs, and resolve site conflicts.
• Pre-Sales & Estimating Support: assist Sales and System Engineering with scope feasibility and proposals.
• Field Verification & Site Audits: lead kick-offs, QA audits, and formal commissioning.
• Other duties as required.
