Qualifications

• Graduate with relevant technical education and four industry certifications.
• Minimum 5 years in electronic security and systems integration.
• Ability to travel to projects and stay overnight as needed.
• Background check and eligibility for U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• System Installation & Maintenance: install, configure, and maintain complex security components on projects.
• Project Leadership: manage site safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Team Oversight & Mentorship: supervise technicians and ensure task completion.
• Technical Leadership: perform advanced troubleshooting and system integration tasks.
• Customer & Project Coordination: be the primary on-site client contact and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Documentation: complete required job documentation meeting ISO-9001, CMMI II, and DCAA standards.
