Job summary

TransTech, a Wabtec unit, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional transit projects, partner with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and supply chain, and own technical, commercial, and operational outcomes from inception to delivery.

You will drive project master plans, manage budgets and schedules, align stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-spec delivery while maximizing margins. Travel up to 25% across North America is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management or equivalent experience.
• Rail transit experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and commercial project aspects for transit projects.
• Develop and validate project master plans with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct risk and opportunity analyses and manage to milestones.
• Coordinate production and supply chain activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage project financial performance and contract deliverables.
• Maintain customer relationships and report progress to stakeholders.
