Job summary

VERVE CLOUD INC is a nationwide cloud communications company serving small and mid-sized businesses. This role supports new orders, VoIP rollouts, circuits, and co-location, acting as the captain of each project from kickoff to cutover.

You’ll coordinate schedules, manage scope, and keep customers smiling while collaborating with Sales and Service Delivery teams. You will learn Verve technologies and project management best practices through internal training, aiming to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of related experience; project coordination experience a plus.
• Background in tech, networking, IT or VoIP is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ICND1/ICND2 or CCNA.

Responsibilities

• Run the project: manage assigned projects and schedules with a focus on quality and cost oversight.
• Be the main contact: act as primary point of contact for clients and team members, reporting on projects.
• Make the tech happen: implement VoIP, circuit projects and network provisioning.
• Stay organized: track project status using team spreadsheets and portfolio tools.
• Offer a helping hand: provide guidance on voice and internet needs, support Sales.
• Keep leveling up: build expertise through internal training and documentation.
