Job summary

Verve Cloud, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator I to manage new orders, VoIP rollouts, circuits, and co-location projects.

You will be the go-to contact ensuring schedules stay tight, scope remains clear, and customers stay satisfied from kickoff to cutover. You’ll learn Verve best practices while supporting cross-functional teams, tracking status, and providing consultative guidance on voice and internet requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of related experience in coordinating projects.
• Background in tech, networking, IT or VoIP is a plus and a desire to learn VoIP.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ICND1/ICND2 or CCNA preferred.
• Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple projects and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Run assigned projects, including new orders and MACDs, with supervision and a high degree of quality and professionalism.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal staff; communicate proactively and report on projects.
• Implement VoIP, co-location and circuit projects; manage schedule, scope and budget; handle provisioning and changes as needed.
• Track project status in team spreadsheets and project management software.
• Provide consultative guidance on voice and internet needs, including requirements analysis for Sales.
