Job summary

Machinify, a leading healthcare intelligence company, is seeking a talented Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive multi-team software initiatives from concept to production.

You will coordinate Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps and PM work streams, manage release schedules, identify gaps, and communicate with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable products. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a TPM in a high-tech organization delivering software products to production.
• 2+ years of software development experience, ideally in system-level design.
• Ability to guide development with deep technical insight while managing projects.
• Experience building scope, schedule, resources, and quality/verification steps.
• Experience communicating with external partners and stakeholders.
• Proactive, initiative-driven, and able to own projects end-to-end.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide software development project management and cross-functional coordination to deliver outstanding products.
• Manage and track engineering delivery schedules aligning with upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Identify gaps and communicate them to stakeholders, following through to resolution.
• Own release schedules and milestones in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive effective processes in the engineering organization with leadership.
