Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a Technical Program Manager in the US to oversee Data Migration initiatives, project scheduling, capacity planning, and governance. You will collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, Customer Success, and delivery teams to keep projects well-planned and on schedule.

In this role, you will drive operational excellence through automation, AI-enabled solutions, and data-driven decisions, balancing priorities to deliver customer outcomes and scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Technical Program Management or Project Management initiatives in a customer-focused setup.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, commitments, and competing priorities with stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of capacity planning, resource forecasting, and operational metrics.
• Knowledge of Data Migration, ETL concepts, and systems design principles.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar PM platforms.
• Exposure to SaaS, healthcare tech, or customer delivery environments.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, AI copilots, automation, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and data migration delivery processes.
• Interface between Sales, Project Managers, Resource Management, and delivery teams.
• Manage demand, forecasting, and capacity to balance workload and priorities.
• Coordinate go-live readiness and execution with teams.
• Monitor portfolios, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
• Maintain requests, schedules, dashboards, metrics, templates, and docs.
• Lead post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle multiple priorities while aligning with customer commitments.
• Identify AI tools and automation to improve scheduling, reporting, and decision making.
• Ensure governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
