As a Technical Program Manager in Technical Services, you will oversee Data Migration initiatives, drive delivery governance, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, PMs, and Customer Success.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted automation, governance, and scalable delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with stakeholders to balance capacity, timelines, and business objectives,

Qualifications

Experience managing project schedules, delivery commitments, and stakeholder communications in a customer-facing environment.
Understanding capacity planning, resource forecasting, workload management, and performance metrics.
Knowledge of Data Migration methodologies, ETL, data integration concepts, and systems design.

Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements, dependencies, and Data Migration delivery processes to support project execution.
Interface between Sales, Project Managers, Resource Management and delivery teams for intake, scheduling, prioritization, and delivery coordination.
Manage project demand, forecasting, and capacity planning to balance workload and commitments.
Coordinate Data Migration go-live readiness and execution with PMs and technical teams.
Monitor portfolios, identify risks and dependencies, drive mitigation and escalation.
Maintain project requests, schedules, dashboards, metrics, templates, and documentation.
Lead post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Handle multiple priorities to align with customer commitments and business goals.
Identify and support AI-powered tools and automation to improve scheduling and reporting.
