Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs across a global organization. This hands-on delivery role blends technology depth with disciplined program management to drive multi-workstream initiatives to completion.

You will translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, oversee governance, risk management, and delivery milestones, and mentor teams to improve capacity while partnering with engineering, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in technical program or delivery management.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain program portfolio visibility, milestones, risks, and resourcing.
• Establish governance, planning cycles, risk escalation, and executive reporting.
• Mentor team members and support delivery capacity across the organization.
• Communicate plans and decisions clearly to senior leadership.
