Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs across a global organization. This is a hands-on delivery role with responsibilities for team leadership and delivery governance.

You will translate technical plans for business stakeholders, oversee scoping, dependencies, and risks, and enable on-time, high-quality outcomes across web, digital experience, and platform initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in technical program or delivery management.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional programs across multiple workstreams.
• Experience collaborating with engineering/technology teams on technical planning and decision-making.
• Experience delivering at scale within a large, matrixed organization.
• Experience coordinating external partners, agencies, or vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs across multiple teams, departments, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain program portfolio oversight including milestones, dependencies, risks, and resourcing.
• Establish structured delivery governance with planning cycles, milestone reviews, and executive reporting.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and high standards; resolve blockers and realign when needed.
• Provide clear reporting to senior leadership and mentor team members.
