The role blends hands‑on delivery with team leadership, requiring credible technical dialogue with engineering and platform teams to translate complexity into clear plans and stakeholder communications.

You will guide program governance, manage risks, and ensure on‑time delivery while mentoring others to build delivery capacity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program or delivery management.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs across multiple workstreams.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams and participating in technical planning and decision‑making.
• Experience delivering at scale in large, matrixed organizations.
• Experience coordinating external partners, agencies, or vendors as part of broader delivery programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams, departments, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain oversight of the program portfolio: milestones, dependencies, risks, and resourcing across parallel initiatives.
• Establish structured delivery governance: planning cycles, milestone reviews, risk escalation, and executive reporting.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, in scope, and to a high standard, stepping in to resolve blockers and realign when needed.
• Provide clear, concise reporting that keeps senior leadership informed at the right level of detail.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members, helping them grow and contributing to overall delivery capacity.
• Translate between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of plans and decisions.
