Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional programs across a global organization. This hands‑on role combines delivery leadership with technical credibility to engage engineering teams and translate complexity into clear plans and priorities.

You will govern multi‑workstream initiatives, track milestones, dependencies, risks, and resourcing while providing concise executive reporting and mentorship to teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in technical program or delivery management.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross‑functional programs across multiple workstreams.
• Experience working with engineering/technology teams in planning and decision‑making.
• Experience managing delivery across large, matrixed organizations.
• Experience coordinating external partners, agencies, or vendors as part of delivery programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex, cross‑functional programs spanning multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain oversight of program portfolio, milestones, risks, and resources.
• Establish structured delivery governance with planning cycles and executive reporting.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, in scope, and to a high standard; remove blockers.
• Translate technical plans for business audiences and ensure clear documentation.
