• Minimum 5+ years in technical program or delivery management.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross‑functional programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Hands‑on involvement in technical planning and decision‑making with engineering/technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs across multiple teams, departments, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain oversight of the program portfolio, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and resourcing.
• Establish structured delivery governance with planning cycles, milestone reviews, risk escalation, and executive reporting.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, in scope, and to a high standard, resolving blockers and realigning as needed.
• Provide clear reporting to senior leadership and mentorship to team members.
