Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or equivalent
• Proven experience in customer-facing, cross-functional environments
• Strong ability to influence and drive outcomes in matrixed organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex programs from early engagement through implementation and handoff.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable program plans and milestones.
• Maintain continuity across presales, delivery, and operations.
• Serve as central coordinator between account managers, sales engineers, product management, engineering, test, and leadership.
• Align dependencies, validate commitments, and drive timely decisions in a matrixed environment.
• Define structured intake, prioritization, and escalation frameworks.
• Provide clear visibility into program health, risks, and capacity, with executive-level reporting.
