The position is designed as a hybrid role with an average of 2 days per week in an HPE office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related field.
Typically 6–10 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and implementation processes.
3+ years of experience managing complex technical programs using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
PMP/PMI certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a product or service offering.
Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program.
Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to resolve escalated issues and ensure adherence to roadmaps and schedules.
Drives agile execution across multiple cross-functional engineering teams, aligning dependencies and release timelines.
