Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Engineering Technical Program Manager for the Colorado, Minnesota, California, and Texas region. The role is hybrid with an expectation of two days per week in an HPE office.

You will lead engineering programs, develop schedules and budgets, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver products on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in relevant programs, strong SDLC and Agile experience, and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in engineering programs.
• PMP/ PMI certification is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex technical programs using Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage programs across functions to drive development and implementation of products.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress against plan.
• Communicate progress, escalations, and analysis to stakeholders and adjust plans as needed.
• Mentor less-experienced staff and drive Agile execution across teams.
