Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SDLC and implementation processes.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex technical programs using Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a product or service.
• Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, and resource allocation plans.
• Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against plan and makes determinations to meet requirements.
• Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; collaborates to implement changes to budgets and roadmaps.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities.
• Drives Agile execution across cross‑functional teams, aligning dependencies and release timelines.
• Leads and mentors less‑experienced staff.
