Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Education, IT, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in certification operations, credentialing programs, or related field.
• Experience with certification tools/test providers (Pearson VUE, Credly).
• Experience managing external vendors or service providers.
• Experience leading multiple projects or programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage certification programs throughout lifecycle from planning to retirement.
• Develop certification roadmaps, release schedules, and process docs.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams and external providers.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and performance; drive improvements.
