Job summary

GovCIO seeks a Technical Project Analyst to support the TPM on a fast-paced federal technology program. You will own day-to-day controls, maintain trackers, and surface risks early while translating technical context into clear status updates for leadership.

You should be comfortable with IT delivery concepts and have strong skills in Excel, SharePoint, and 365 tools. This is a remote US-based role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 8+ years in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Public Trust clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Experience coordinating across internal teams and vendors.
• Strong organizational, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel formulas, pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program trackers, risks/issues, decisions, and milestones.
• Monitor schedules and elevate at-risk items to TPM.
• Prepare agendas and status reports for meetings.
• Draft documentation and SOPs for executive review.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate.
