Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Technical Project Analyst to support the Technical Program Manager on a fast-paced federal technology program. The analyst will own day-to-day controls, maintain trackers, drive follow-through, and surface risks early.

A blend of IT terminology fluency and clear status communication is essential in this role. The position is fully remote within the United States, with responsibilities spanning program tracking, reporting, and documentation to ensure timely delivery and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Certifications PMP, CAPM, CSM, SAFe are preferred but not required.
• Clearance required: Public Trust.
• Experience coordinating in fast-paced, technical environments.
• Ability to turn technical discussions into clear actions and owners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program trackers, action/deliverable logs, risks/issues, and schedules.
• Monitor schedules across workstreams and elevate at-risk items to TPM.
• Draft status reports, agendas, and minutes for meetings and reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to obtain inputs and deliverables.
