Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Technical Project Analyst to support the Technical Program Manager on a fast-paced federal technology program. The Analyst will own day-to-day program controls, trackers, artifacts, and reporting, surfacing risks early.

The ideal candidate is comfortable translating IT delivery concepts into clear status, actions, and escalations for the TPM, with strong communication skills and a capability to work with technical teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with 8+ years of experience.
Experience in project/program coordination, PMO support, or business analysis in technical environments.
Strong organization, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Maintain program trackers, actions, decisions, risks/issues, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor schedules across workstreams and elevate at-risk items to the TPM.
Capture decisions and actions, update trackers, and follow through to completion.
Prepare agendas and materials for internal, subcontractor, and customer meetings.
