Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining trackers, monitoring schedules, following up with teams, and producing status reports with executive materials. Strong MS Office, SharePoint, and 365 familiarity is required; Power Automate/Power BI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with 8+ years of experience.
Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, CSM, SAFe are preferred but not required.
Public Trust clearance is required.
Experience coordinating programs, PMO support, or business analysis in fast-paced tech environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and follow-through.
Hands-on in maintaining program artifacts: trackers, risk logs, and schedules.
Strong written and verbal communication to translate technical discussions into actions.

Responsibilities

Maintain program trackers and artifacts using established templates.
Monitor schedules across multiple workstreams and elevate at-risk items to the TPM.
Incorporate priority changes while keeping commitments on track.
Proactively follow up with internal teams and subcontractors for status and deliverables.
Support customer coordination and escalate matters requiring program judgment to the TPM.
Prepare meeting agendas and materials; capture decisions, actions, owners, and deadlines.
Draft and assemble status reports and executive materials for review.
