Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a leader in MANET and MIMO communications, seeks a Technical Product Manager (Spectrum Dominance) to drive technical requirements, backlog ownership, market adoption, and revenue growth of our spectrum dominance portfolio. You will translate complex defense requirements into actionable software features and firmware, bridging R&D and GTM teams.

The role is located at Silvus' Irvine, CA engineering office with hybrid schedule; travel up to 25–50% for field tests and customer

Qualifications

• Translating highly complex DoD mission requirements into structured software requirements.
• Experience translating mathematical algorithms into software requirements and user stories.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across R&D, engineering, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Translate DoD requirements and signal analysis concepts into structured user stories and technical specs.
• Translate LPI/LPD and anti-jamming techniques into features and operator experiences.
• Own end-to-end software and firmware backlog for spectrum dominance features.
• Collaborate with R&D and software teams to ensure waveforms integrate with MN-MIMO architecture.
