Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager (Spectrum Dominance) to drive requirements, backlog, and product adoption. Located in Irvine, CA, the role is hybrid with some remote work possibilities and will coordinate with R&D, software, and go-to-market teams.

You translate complex LPI/LPD algorithms into concrete software features and ensure tight alignment with MN-MIMO architectures, supporting field deployment and customer integrations.

Qualifications

Translate DoD mission requirements into structured user stories and technical specs.
Translate complex LPI/LPD and anti-jamming techniques into actionable software features.
Own end-to-end software and firmware backlog for spectrum dominance features.
Align waveform development with MN-MIMO architecture and StreamCaster hardware.

Responsibilities

Translate market and DoD requirements into backlog and product roadmap.
Collaborate with R&D, engineering, operations, and GTM teams to ensure timely releases.
Capture field feedback and operator needs to continuously evolve products.
