Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers and clients to translate functional business requirements into software solutions with high customer satisfaction and adoption.

As a key member of a fast-growing advisory firm, you will maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct, manage multiple client engagements, and oversee end-to-end delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years’ experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics to solve complex problems and map requirements to solutions.
• Experience assessing client requirements across various business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and support development of software solutions ensuring high customer satisfaction and adoption.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders, define solutions, communicate with the development team, test, train, and transition to professional services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and stay current with product features.
• Define and support rollouts of integrated solutions based on customer processes and best practices.
• Develop and communicate project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Conduct training for customer end-users and translate system functionality to business requirements.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and business processes using BT best practices.
• Respond to customer technical support issues related to new solutions.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success for execution.
• Deliver clear, concise communications and maintain high-quality service aligned with customer goals.
