Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate client requirements into software solutions for Sage Intacct and related SaaS deployments. You will work with developers, project managers and customers to design solutions and ensure successful adoption.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, defining solutions, delivering project plans, and training end-users, with a focus on high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science preferred.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments desired.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customers to design and support software solutions achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and define solutions with development teams.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and latest product features.
• Define and rollout specially developed solutions integrating with Sage Intacct.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and map system functionality to business requirements.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and business processes.
