Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work closely with developers, project managers, and clients. You will translate complex business requirements into software solutions that drive high customer satisfaction and adoption.

You will engage across Professional Services, Sales, Support and Customer Success to ensure successful project delivery, while staying current with Sage Intacct features and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• Five or more years of consulting and implementing Sage Intacct or similar ERP/fin apps.
• Experience communicating with customers and technical staff on system issues.
• Ability to translate requirements into deliverable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering with client stakeholders and define system solutions.
• Coordinate with development teams, test units and integrations.
• Provide training and support during transition to services team.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and new features.
• Develop project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Document business requirements into software solutions and processes.
• Escalate and resolve project issues with teams.
