Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive integrated solutions for defense and public safety sectors. You will translate complex RF and defense requirements into turnkey products, owning system-level specs and cross-functional execution.

You will lead backlog, define KPIs, and manage end-to-end lifecycle for PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS while coordinating with hardware, software, and field teams to ensure successful field deployments across US

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience in defense, aerospace, or wireless communications.
Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
U.S. Citizen required due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

Translate high-level mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware configurations.
Define end-to-end performance specs and system-level trade-offs for Integrated Solutions (PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS).
Collaborate with hardware and software engineering to leverage radios and modules into turnkey systems.
Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for features and turnkey updates.
Oversee lifecycle and releases of PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS, and future integrated solutions.
Work with Sales, Business Development, and Applications Engineering to translate operator feedback into feature priorities.
