Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate complex business needs into Sage Intacct software solutions. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients to design, implement, and adopt ERP/financial applications with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of consulting or business analysis experience, deep Sage Intacct knowledge, and proven client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years’ experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps or related SaaS.
• Experience communicating with customers/end users and technical staff on system issues.
• Ability to translate business requirements into deliverable solutions with analytics.
• Experience assessing client requirements across business processes.
• Programming/coding experience to translate requirements into technical solutions is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) for data mapping and migration.
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a differentiator.
• Strong time management, communication, collaboration and problem solving.
• Leadership, project management and organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team and manage multiple customers to design and support software solutions.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders, design solutions, communicate with the dev team, test, train and transition to services.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct core/advanced modules and latest features.
• Define and support rollout of solutions integrating with Sage Intacct based on customer processes.
• Develop and communicate project plans, ensuring on-time delivery and budget.
• Train customer end-users and relate system functionality to business needs.
• Document requirements into software solutions and business processes using BT best practices.
• Respond to customer technical support issues during system implementation.
