Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate business requirements into software solutions with strong customer adoption. You will work with developers, project managers and clients to design and deliver Sage Intacct integrations and ERP/financial workflows.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ERP/SaaS consulting, strong analytics, and excellent communication. This remote role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment within Baker Tilly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
5+ years’ experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues.
Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills to translate requirements into solutions.
Experience assessing client requirements across business processes.
Programming/coding experience is a nice-to-have for translating requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for designing and supporting the development of software solutions for customer satisfaction and adoption.
Gathering requirements in collaboration with client stakeholders, define requirements, design solutions, communicate with the development team, test, train, and support transition to services.
Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct software and stay current with product features and enhancements.
Define and support roll-out of solutions that integrate with Sage Intacct based on customer business processes and best practices.
Develop and communicate project plans to ensure on-time delivery and budget.
Conduct training for customer end-users and map system functionality to business requirements.
Document customer requirements into software solutions and business processes.
Respond to customer technical support issues related to system implementation.
