Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science is required.
• Five+ years of experience in Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps or SaaS analysis.
• Experience communicating with customers, end users and technical staff on system issues.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with analytics.
• Programming experience is a plus for translating requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and translate into software solutions.
• Define, design, and communicate requirements to development teams.
• Support deployment, testing, and user training for solutions.
• Ensure on-time delivery and alignment with customer goals.
• Document business requirements and map to system functionality.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support and Success teams.
• Provide clear, concise communications and stakeholder updates.
