Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the full software development lifecycle for VA Office of Connected Care initiatives. This fully remote position is US-based and requires strong Agile expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and a track record of delivering complex product roadmaps.

You will drive discovery, requirements, and release planning, while coordinating with engineering, data, QA, and operations teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in product or project management.
• 6+ years applying product and/or project management in healthcare or technical environments.
• Experience managing a product or suite from requirements through testing and release.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with executive leadership.
• Proficient in Agile project management and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full software development lifecycle for assigned products.
• Facilitate strategy and prioritization discussions.
• Translate high-level vision into detailed action plans.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap with stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, QA and operations teams.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews with development teams.
• Ensure cross-functional communication to remove blockers and track progress.
• Partner with data teams to analyze usage and define KPIs.
• Foster Agile practices and improve team velocity.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and vendors.
