Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Technical Product Manager to oversee the full software development lifecycle for assigned products supporting the VA Office of Connected Care. This fully remote role is located within the United States.

You will lead strategy, prioritize features, and translate high-level visions into actionable plans. Collaborate with engineering, data, QA, and operations to ensure quality and timely delivery, while maintaining an elite product roadmap and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 8+ years in product and/or project management in healthcare/technical environments.
• Experience applying product/project management in healthcare or technical settings.
• Responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements through testing and release.
• Proven ability to build products or complex features from the ground up.
• Strong presentation skills for executive communications.
• Proficient in Agile Project Management methodologies and Jira usage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full software development lifecycle for assigned products.
• Facilitate strategy and prioritization discussions.
• Transform vision into detailed action plans and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, QA and operations teams.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Maintain cross-functional communication to remove blockers and track progress.
• Define KPIs with data teams to optimize user experience.
• Coordinate with strategic delivery partners and vendors.
• Ensure agile best practices and execution discipline.
