Glorium Technologies is seeking a Project Manager with a technical background to drive a US-based healthcare SaaS project. You will collaborate with clients, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable tasks, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, defining scope and plans, resource planning, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Previous experience in a technical role (e.g., Developer or AQA) is required.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Regularly utilizes AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) to assist with tasks, with outputs reviewed for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring delivery within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks.
• Define project scope, develop project plans, and identify resource needs.
• Oversee risk management and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track and report on milestones, deliverables, and team performance.
• Ensure alignment between client requirements, technical resources, and project objectives.
