Job summary

Piper Companies seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional technical initiatives in a healthcare data integration environment. You will drive Agile project execution and coordinate between stakeholders, engineering teams and partners to ensure successful delivery of healthcare IT initiatives.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, risk management, sprint ceremonies, Jira/Confluence documentation, and HL7/FHIR API integration work to improve interoperability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Technical Project Management, Business Analysis, or related experience
• Experience managing technical projects from requirements gathering through implementation
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, and technical tickets
• Healthcare technology experience with HL7 integration knowledge
• Familiarity with FHIR, APIs, SFTP, VPN, HTTPS, MFT
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project ownership

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects from planning through deployment and post-release support
• Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and status meetings
• Create and manage Jira tickets, user stories, and project docs
• Track blockers, drive resolution, and oversee release activities
• Serve as liaison between business, tech teams, and external partners
• Support healthcare data integration involving HL7, FHIR, APIs
• Drive continuous process improvement and efficiency
