Redox seeks a Technical Project Manager to own delivery of complex healthcare data integration projects from kickoff to go-live. You will translate technical requirements into actionable plans and ensure alignment between Engineering, Implementation, Product, and customers.

You will identify risks, manage budgets and timelines, and drive process improvements to scale delivery across the team. A strong background in SaaS and APIs helps you succeed in a fast-paced, remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in technical or SaaS project management.
• Comfort working with APIs, data models, and integration workflows without coding.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong risk identification, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, technical implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Translate requirements into clear execution plans, timelines, and resourcing.
• Serve as primary coordination between Engineering/Implementation, Product, and customer teams.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks; resolve blockers and escalate when needed.
• Manage and report on budget, billable hours, and project status to stakeholders and customers.
• Own project documentation: SOWs, scope changes, issues logs, status reports, and time/invoice tracking.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels and manage expectations.
• Continuously improve project management processes and tooling; capture lessons learned.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on requirements gathering and enhancement requests.
