Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead secure, scalable provider-focused digital solutions in healthcare technology. You will coordinate with engineers, product owners, and compliance partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery using Golang, React, and PostgreSQL.

You will champion Agile practices, drive risk management, and translate business requirements into actionable technical work while maintaining high standards for security and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience managing software development projects using Golang, React.js, and PostgreSQL technologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through full software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, application security reviews, and quality assurance processes.
• Experience working within the Healthcare Provider domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of secure web applications leveraging Golang, React.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project plans, manage priorities, track risks, and ensure milestones.
• Drive Agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate provider-focused requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
• Promote secure coding practices, application quality, performance optimization, and compliance standards across the lifecycle.
