Job summary

pureIntegration is seeking a Technical Project/Program Manager (Ad Tech) for its Advertising Technology team. You’ll drive planning, execution, and closure of complex tech projects, coordinating across offshore teams and clients to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.

The role is full-time remote to candidates in VA/NC/NY/NJ/PA, with a base salary of $120,000–$140,000 and broad benefits. You’ll translate business needs into detailed stories and support agile processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project/product management in software.
• Experience managing sprints and backlogs with Trello or similar tools.
• Comfortable with offshore teams; cross-time-zone coordination helpful.
• Write and prioritize detailed user stories and technical requirements.
• Familiar with Agile and Lean methodologies and real-world use.
• Strong organization and execution focus; good at follow-through.
• Technical fluency to understand developer conversations and system dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operational execution of technical projects, ensuring clarity and backlog grooming.
• Support sprint management through daily standups and milestone tracking with offshore teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and tasks in Trello.
• Maintain up-to-date sprint boards and flag blockers to the Program Manager.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA to ensure feasibility and release alignment.
• Monitor sprint performance and velocity; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with the client’s development team on timelines and dependencies.
• Provide timely reporting on sprint progress and risks to leadership.
